Extended — upgraded widget

B2C storefront Small popover. Scroll-depth NPS + exit-intent "sorry to see you leave" survey. Field discovery reads the GTM dataLayer. B2B customer portal identify() with account data, relationship NPS on a delay, order CES fired by a custom event. Survey Builder Configure widget, trigger, audience, frequency, questions.
